$1 bet per spin
Spin speed once every 6 seconds (600 an hour) instead of 3 seconds (1200 an hour)
Bigger payback to players. 95 cents per $1 bet instead of 85 cents
Shorter opening hours. 12 hours a day instead of 20 (no 8am opening or 4am closing)
Tightening of excluded player regulations
